Is there a definition under UK Law? They are giving people Unpaid leave, but this leads to a loss of earnings.

I was temp awarded custody of our toddler in 2/08. His mother has a 20yr+ hard drug use history and is ordered to randomly drug test which is not being shared with us by the minors council in our case. The minors council had also recommended to the court half time back to the mother at the year point. Am I entitled to see the test results?
The MC seems biased towards the drug rehabing mother, is there a way to remove her even after the commissioner has denied this request?

My friend is going through a divorce with 2 biological children. If he takes possession of his son and she (the ex) keeps possession of the daughter, who will pay child support. Isn’t a child support order mandatory in Texas? Neither should pay child support, correct? What happens?
