My daughters fathers is trying to avoid paying child support, which he has been ordered to do, but has not paid. I guess he wants more time awarded to him to pay less child support. Has never been there for daughter and now want 50/50.

My daughter is my medical power of attorney. We go to the same doctor. The nurse asked and probed my daughter for some questions regarding a past medical condition and then told the doctor about it. Is that breech of the HIPPA Law?

I do not have a question myself however I did want to tell everyone that if you have a question regarding criminal or family law I would like to try and help. No I am not a lawyer however I have worked in law firms for years and have one degree and I am currently attending college to obtain another degree. I know alot about Florida Law and that is what I prefer but if you have questions about other states I have alot of great refrences so I still may be able to help..
okay i am still new to this so i am not sure how else to respond to your question other than here. what state do you live in? were you charged as an adult? do you have a record other than this crime? how long have you been on probation? what does your PO say about your behavior?
