In order to meet a 30 day deadline appeal I am looking for a VERY aggressive family law attorney who can immediately meet with me to handle an appeal for unfair child support obligation. Serious responses only and not from a generalized website advertisement, somone who has had experience or knows of the right attorney. Am also willing to go to the metro if need be to find someone who can help me.

In other words, he is preforming background checks on me, my wife, my brother in law, my wife’s sister and several other family members. He apparently has nothing better to do with his spare time. My question is this : is that information a matter of public record or is it a violation of my (our) right to privacy?

My daughter is my medical power of attorney. We go to the same doctor. The nurse asked and probed my daughter for some questions regarding a past medical condition and then told the doctor about it. Is that breech of the HIPPA Law?

I do not have a question myself however I did want to tell everyone that if you have a question regarding criminal or family law I would like to try and help. No I am not a lawyer however I have worked in law firms for years and have one degree and I am currently attending college to obtain another degree. I know alot about Florida Law and that is what I prefer but if you have questions about other states I have alot of great refrences so I still may be able to help..
okay i am still new to this so i am not sure how else to respond to your question other than here. what state do you live in? were you charged as an adult? do you have a record other than this crime? how long have you been on probation? what does your PO say about your behavior? If you would like feel free to email me and I will respond to you there. if you prefer to just respond here thats fine also.
