Psychology is a good choice aswell, but other than that choose a varied range of acedemic subjects. History and French are good choices, howver i would suggest English Lit (or English lit and lang) as universities view english lang. as less acedemic and prefer lit. :) Computer studies/maths/physics arent nessesary, however if you enjoy them and will get good marks, i would go for them :) Its all about getting good grades rather than what subjects they are in. If you dont want to be a lawyer (but be in police ect. i would go for language or economics/ maths alevels and uni courses).
