		<description>Grandparents that sue for visitation do not primarily win their cases unless the parents are deemed unfit, or it is a grandparent of a dead parent and the living parent does not honor their wishes

As for her sueing you, doubtful she will as it is very expensive and time consuming.  Offer her once a month supervised visitation and she won't ever have a leg to stand on since you are letting her see the child.
