In assam millions of bangladeshis have immigrated illegally. We can deport/expell the illegal immigrants as per law if proved. I want to know if childrens born to these illegal immigrants become indian citizens automatically or we can deport them also.

Always Curious asked:

I was born in brazil and married a brazilian consular officer here in the US but under brazilian Law and Jurisdiction, in 2005. For that reason I received an A-1 Visa and an EAD card. We had a kid together born in 2006, being a US CItizen.
For job reasons she moved to Chicago with my kid and I stayed in Houston, Tx.
She wants divorce and I am afraid of not being able to visit the baby, because I will lose my Visa and EAD when the divorce is final.
Is there any US Family or Immigration Law to prevent this?

puggylover asked:

Okay, I need a good immigration lawyer in Dallas area for this case. Please only respond if you know of a good lawyer that can help us.

My husband and I have been married for 5 years this July. He came to this country illegally from mexico (no visa of any kind). We already know all the paper work that needs to be filled out and the normal process that we have to take. The only problem is I am not sure which lawyer to trust. I am putting our future in this guys hands and would like to have some peace of mind that everything will turn out okay. Also, he will need to apply for a hardship once in mexico for the interviews since I don’t make enough money to support myself without him and will have to rack up quite some debt to live while he is gone. We have been saving money to do all of this and now I need a lawyer before the prices go up and it takes even longer.

Also if anyone has done their papers recently and applied for the hardship… how long until you came back.PLEASE HELP!
I asked that only people that could help answer. If you are just an Azz hole republican keep your trap shut or I will report you. I love my husband and unlike you gold diggers did not marry him for his money. We have been trying to get his papers fixed and he works for my parents at the house so he is not stealing any of your stupid red neck jobs. We are asking for advice on a lawyer because we are trying and have interviewed with several lawyers who just didn’t seem trustworth. Also, I am not asking for a cheap lawyer we have been saving money for 5 years to do this. We just want a good one.

Again please only respond if you want to help not be rude. This is a serious question that deserves respect.

Yeva asked:

My husband and I live in France but we have decided to move to United States. We had all the papers ready for the US Embassy and yet just now when I checked their site I saw the following announcement: “EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY consular officers at the United States Embassy in Paris can no longer accept I-130 petitions for family-based immigration to the United States. All I-130 petitions must be filed with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services in the United States.” They gave a link which apparently has information on where to file the I-130 form, but the link says that if you live abroad you should file at the US embassy or consulate. We are going to go to Paris anyway to ask them the same question, but does anyone know if I’ll have to move to US before I can file a petition for him? I hope it’s not true, because of immigration issues we were forced to have a long distance relationship for 2 years, and we really don’t want to repeat the experience!
