I was in a car accident (I was stopped and a girl hit me at full speed). I sustained a back injury. I had severe pain and have seen a chiropractor 3 times a week for one month and 2 times a week for one month. It is finally starting to get better (though there are certain ways I sit it still hurts). I was just wondering if anyone can tell me a rough idea of how much to expect in a settlement.

I was driving my in laws truck when I was hit from behind. I filed a claim for medical under my mother in laws personal injury protection (PIP). If I used the maximum $2500 does that leave my mother in law without PIP if she is in a wreck?

I thought a driving under the influence was a more serious charge than reckless driving (dry). Thus a DUI would cause rates to go up more. Anyone have some info please?

ex. I got a dui almost 5 years ago, will an insurance company look at my record from the past 5 years or longer? How many years from your dui do they hold it against you?

My husband got one in 05 in Washington State. I heard it was three years and then you don’t have to disclose the DUI to an insurance company. I will be policy shopping soon and I don’t want my rates any higher than necessary.
