Okay. I had this problem with my neighborhood. she live under my apartment. I play loud music everyday. I always talk to her to keep it down.. I don’t mind her listing to loud music. in the morning.. but she played loud music in the Early morning or late night. I work late so I sleep late to I wake up late. I couldn’t take it anymore. I called the police in her. 5 times. but I never Field report. anyways. one day i saw her parking her car by my balcony and she shouldn’t do that. its a side walk.. I cal the landlord office and they give her a warning. if she dose it again, she out. a week later . I came home at 1:30 AM. I was working late. so My BF peke me up . I get home about 2:00am. so I went to take a shower . my BF was washing TV. 2:15am police was knocking in my door. my BF called me from the shower. I went out. the police tell me that they receive a n call the I m playing loud music in the building. wish is not truth. so I told the police I don’t have Any music . the police
said they doing there job. so they lift. 15 Minuit’s anther police came. again. I told him she is making fouls calls wish is crime. they tell me we are doing my job. so pliz whatever u doing keep it down. I was like OKAY SIR….
so I went inside. my BF was like whats going on. I was telling hum the story. 2 Minuit’s the same police knocking again. telling me . I have to give u a criminal ticket. I said why he said I been standing here. for more the 2 Minuit’s and I heard to talking. u should be sleep by now. Said OKAY>> I get a ticket for something I didn’t do. this doesn’t make no sines. to me. I give the police my ID. when he came back he told me that if we ganna arrested u. I was so scared. so I turn all the light off. because the police cars were out side for 1 our.
the next day I went to the lord-land office to complain about . we had meeting me the manager and the neighborhood. we talking I tell her what happened. then she asked her what happen anyways the manager know she was lien . so she wants to talk to us speared. she told me that she believe me. and told me I can go home. and she will send me the respond in the mail. I waited for to week. no respond so I .call the landlord again.
they said they can do nothing and I have to deal with the police. I was so mad. so I give them the notice that Iam living in the end of December.2 weeks latter everything was fine no music nothing. this week from Monday. music every single day I can sleep anymore. I didn’t want to call the police I was sceard. until this morning. at 7:00 am she wake me up. I called the police and I file a report. because Iam gonna need in the court. I told the officer what happened before. he told me I have to go to police station and complain about the officer. and he told me I have to talk to the station supervise. and Oslo I need to get copy for the report. anyways .. I m scared again she will called the police tonight Oslo. by the way I live in VA. … I don’t know what to do. last week I was in my balcony I saw her mom was cursing and taking a pic of me . I m scared. I don’t know hat to do.

I was wondering if anyone knew if I could take legal action for my problem. My problem is that my finance is in the county jail for a fine that he missed a payment by one day. So a 72 hour bench warrant was issued. The 72 hours was up on Monday at 4pm. And the judge never made any type of court hearing and refuses to speak with me or him. What should I do? Should I hire a lawyer?
There is no more to the story except for the fact the judge doesn’t like his sister. His sister has gotten into a lot of trouble with the law.
So the judge is pretty much taking it out on him. I know that he can not do that but how can you prove it?

Long story sum up…
Bought a 1997 Ford Probe 2 years and 2 months ago. Gave me problems from day one. Things were supposed to be fixed and never were. I get a lawyer. I gave him some original documents. Used car sales man is now telling me I only paid 23 payments when I am sending out my 26th and final payment this month. Lawyer has a few of my written receipts given to me when I paid cash. Turns out Lawyer and an employee of the place I got my car know eachother. Now the lawyer hasn’t done anything to help me and has yet to answer my calls about trying to get my paperwork back.

AND Now when I try to contact the owner of the business the guy I originally worked with is saying he no longer works for the company and that the owner moved to FL. The ex salesman is telling me he will contact the owner then tells me he cant give me the owners number because he doesn’t have it.

I need serious legal advice/information here. I have already contacted the BBB and nothing was ever said.
I have been getting the run around for forever. Now I feel like I am getting screwed worse then I was. There is MUCH MUCH more to this story but not enough room to type it all. I could have gone for lemon law if the lawyer didnt screw me over too. What can I do to get my paperwork back and to make this whole mess go away.

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
