I need recommendations for a family law lawyer in Hamilton County Indiana who will really stand up for me and my relationship with my children. My ex is bombarding me with nuisance suits aimed at costing me time and money and more importantly, interfering with my time with my children. I need a strong advocate who will not just answer my ex’s actions but will work to put an end to any future frivolous actions.

Any recommendations and/or suggestions greatly appreciated.
Thank you.

Do you think that Japan has a good family law policy? Parental kidnapping taking a child in Japan is never a crime under Japanese law even if the Japanese parent is wanted in the USA for taking there US born children back to Japan (parental kidnapping under US law). But it is a crime under Japanese law for the American parent to take the same child out of Japan or see that child again with out consent of the Japanese parent even if the Japanese parent is on interpol’s most wanted for parental kidnapping in the USA.

Fathers who suddenly turn up and want contact with their kids demanding heaps of rights…If they take you to court, what will happen, if they:
- tried to force abortion on you, and when that didn’t work ran off
- had 7 visits to see the child lasting between 10 minutes and an hour in two and a half years
- did not talk to the child during those visits, play with him, or hold/hug him, but instead talked to you about non-child related things.
What sort of rights will the court give him?
