Four, almost five years ago, I went through a nasty divorce. I gave my ex-husband physcial custody (we both have joint )because he was well better off. He promise not to pursue child support because he makes way more than me and that he has the house we bought together. Right after the divorce was final, he pursue child support and moved the kids without my knowledge. For four years, I’ve asked his family members of his and the kids wereabout, but got no help. I tried telling that to the child support rep, but they didn’t care. Before mother’s day of this year, I went directly to the child support agency and told them my story. I’ve been stuggling trying to make ends meet, to support my older son, who is not fathered by my ex. I don’t mind paying child support if the money is going to my kids (it’s not, he is a regular at Pachanga Casino, I heard friends tell me). When I finally did see my kids, they were in riped clothes, bad hygeine and was in day care most of the time.
