Making them fight tooth and nail in the family court just to get contact with there children and having to prove them selves.
I wonder do these mothers who try to stop the fathers having contact with the children recognise Anzacs on Anzac day. A large number of then were fathers, do these mothers and the government (family law court) believe that they were only good enough to die for us, yet not good enough to be fathers to there children.

I find the courts to be contradictory with any subject that is presented to them.

I am going to assume you are not in the U.S. because of the way how you spelled “recognise.” In the U.S. fathers have become more visible and recognized in the courts as being more than capable of having primary custody of the children and/or ample visitation rights. The days of only the mother being able to be a good parent has been out the window for the last few years.

The lawyers on the bench, in the legislatures, the unshaven feminists set are on an all out hunt for the male. The productive male must pay the fees of the lawyer for the parasitic female and her spawn. The male must pay and pay until destroyed.
The kids suffer. Those living with a single mother have 10 fold rates of pathology. To generate fees, the lawyer destroyed the black family in the 60’s, the white family in the 90’s. Now homosexuals will marry as will every other bizarre grouping. Humans with animals. Multiple humans. Pedophiles with toddlers.
Thank the lawyer for the all out war on males and on the traditional family.

The courts really don’t care who the better parent is, they just know that men make more than women and have the better ability to pay for the care of the children. But they also believe that if a man has to miss work to watch his kids he can not support them.
There for the child is normally given to the female and then the courts, in order to reduce welfare hammers the dad for money so the state will not have to care for the children.
Custody and visitation are civil matters to be solved in a civil court. Getting a mother to civil court for contemptt of court with out a good attorney is almost impossible. No judge is willing to put a mother in jail for fear that the system will then have to pay for the care of the children.
Its all about money.
I know I have been through it and have the State of Florida to thank, namely a corrupt judge named Joseph Will to thank for destroying my family. I have joint custody and visitation. My ex is contemp of court for over 700 counts.
And we call ourselves a civil country.
