Does the law require a family of three to rent a 2 bedroom apartment (specifically in WI)?

We have a 4 month old child. Wanted to know if you had to, seemed like a ridiculous law.
DHS is NOT involved in our situation.

    Only to the extent that Child Welfare does not get involve and decide that the conditions for your family are not suitable. You don’t want a 12-year old sleeping with the parents. Or two teen boys sleeping with mom. See? MoneyMonkey

    I think if DHS is involved in your living situation, then yes. If there is at least one child, there must be a bedroom provided for him or her. Want To Move

    Yes, human occupancy limits are 2 per bedroom. The only way a family of 3 can legally reside in a 1 bedroom is if the child is under 12 months old. Landlord
