Yes, she has to have your consent since she is considered a minor. If she goes anyway, you can legally have her brought back and if she won’t stay with you, they will put her in foster care. It’s best she stays where she is now, until she is old enough to make decisions on her own. . . . lucylocket7258

She’s still your responsibility until she turns 18. You can sign an emancipation statement releasing her but that’s at your discretion. pitchingcoach

She needs to wait till’ she turns 18, or like u said give her your consent. Why do u want her to move out so young? Or why are you letting her move out? acia

i would not let her go until this happens

yeah but then on the other side of the coin if the hosptial didn’t treat her and she had serious injuries, the hospital could face a negligence lawsuit. I thnk there is laws that if a minor is in trouble they will still have to treat her???? not sure but look up the statutes in the state she will be moving. lara c
