Family Law help- do I file an order to show cause again?

I recently had a hearing to move away with my children. I told the court I am not moving at this time. I decided I want to go back to court so that I am able to move. Do I have to file an order to show cause and start the process from the beginning, or is there another way?? Thanks.

Once you withdrew your previous court action, you will need to start from the beginning. The court is not allowed to just reopen your previous request and continue from where it stopped.

You have to start over, but now its going to be even harder, as you have just told the judge you dont know what you want to do.
