You can't just pluck a lawyer from YA and expect them to know the laws in the state you resided in while you were married. Not to mention that you didn't even mention what state you lived in. Secondly, unfortunately, there isn't a whole lot any attorney would be able to do about your back child support, other than set a payment plan. Whether you had visitation with your children, or not, you still owe the child support. Lastly, visitation schedules are stated clearly in the judgment of divorce, or child custody order and, if she wasn't abiding by the court order, that was the time you should have looked for an attorney.
