family law need some advise on what to do?

my ex gave up the childern to her sister i want to see my kids there was no vist on the devorse and also my ex remarried before the devorse was done the judge did not know this what can i do and will i have to pay money to take care of these problem im laid off

If your ex got married before your divorce was final, her marriage is not legal.
She sounds sort of stupid.
You should have the right to see your kids. Do you pay child support?
These days, family law attorneys often offer free consultations…. you might consider getting a few free consultations and then hiring the one you feel is best suited for your case after you get back to work.
You can explain to the attorney you need to get back to work before you decide who to hire — then they can help you with visitation. However, i don’t think your sister can “give her kids to” her sister since YOU are their father, they ought to be with you.

1. Its divorce. Please learn how to spell it so you don’t continue to embarass yourself.
2. Get a lawyer. If you don’t have money apply at your legal aid office.
3. Find a job.
4. You will need to start paying child support. However, if you don’t have any money, you may not have to pay anything.
5. Don’t have any more kids since you can’t afford the ones you have now.
6. Don’t take legal advice from people on yahoo answers. Get your life together and see a real lawyer. mrsbtobe

there marriage is not legal and she could get done for doing it and knowing i cant think of the word at the mo probly will later and because your the father youll get more rghts than the aunty so if she has full custardy you cous claim that i hate women that have done this it makes all look bad…i supose it depends where you are in uk you could gocitizens advise they could help you or go to the social services ….dont listen to above she prob jus as bad your ment to be helping not taling him down Sara
