Under UK law any man and woman may go through a marriage ceremony provided that they have capacity to marry, i.e. are both free individuals who are not already married. I'm afraid that your fiancée is not free to marry and if you do go through a ceremony of marriage with her without her obtaining a proper divorce which she can show to the court, the marriage would be null and void and she would be laying herself open to a criminal charge of bigamy. Doethineb

She will have to prove to immigration/the embassy that she is allowed to get married in order to get a visa for clearance in order to get married. Even then that doesn't give her rights to settle. KeyshaJ

You can get all the info you need from the UK border agency website.
Remember though that as neither of you are British citizens, marriage will not grant you any other rights to stay in the UK other than those granted by your current visa. ZBDblues Unplugged
