My parents own a property in Hyderabad. But someone else is giving trouble and the case is in the court. The others are trying to claim our property by false documents. But they can even manage the judge. so, my parents are afraid to go to the court because the judge most of them are corrupt can give a wrong judgment or judgment in their favor even if we prove that my parents own it with legal documents.
they have a good lawyer but nothing is really happening. everything depends on the judge.

Bought a 1997 Ford Probe 2 years and 2 months ago. Gave me problems from day one. Things were supposed to be fixed and never were. I get a lawyer. I gave him some original documents. Used car sales man is now telling me I only paid 23 payments when I am sending out my 26th and final payment this month. Lawyer has a few of my written receipts given to me when I paid cash. Turns out Lawyer and an employee of the place I got my car know eachother. Now the lawyer hasn’t done anything to help me and has yet to answer my calls about trying to get my paperwork back.

AND Now when I try to contact the owner of the business the guy I originally worked with is saying he no longer works for the company and that the owner moved to FL. The ex salesman is telling me he will contact the owner then tells me he cant give me the owners number because he doesn’t have it.

I need serious legal advice/information here. I have already contacted the BBB and nothing was ever said.
I have been getting the run around for forever. Now I feel like I am getting screwed worse then I was. There is MUCH MUCH more to this story but not enough room to type it all. I could have gone for lemon law if the lawyer didnt screw me over too. What can I do to get my paperwork back and to make this whole mess go away.

I was wondering if anyone knew if I could take legal action for my problem. My problem is that my finance is in the county jail for a fine that he missed a payment by one day. So a 72 hour bench warrant was issued. The 72 hours was up on Monday at 4pm. And the judge never made any type of court hearing and refuses to speak with me or him. What should I do? Should I hire a lawyer?
There is no more to the story except for the fact the judge doesn’t like his sister. His sister has gotten into a lot of trouble with the law.
So the judge is pretty much taking it out on him. I know that he can not do that but how can you prove it?

Is it an ethical and/or legal problem for a municipality to accept private donations and pledges to renovate a police station? I have an opinion but I want to see what others think.

I got divorced three years ago and when I did I left my vehicle with my ex until she could get one of her own (because of our kids). I even paid for her car and gave her money that I thought was being used to pay on my vehicle when she had it. It turns out she didn’t…if fact she stripped the truck and then returned it to me two days before it got repoed. The loan company resold the truck a few months after….now out of nowhere a lawyer “representing” the loan company has seized my bank accounts to the tune of $40,000…….the problem is I only have $300 in the account….I only make $10,000 a year since the divorce…the loan is only $17,000 and the legal team is taking their sweet time fixing what they know is a goof….meanwhile I can’t pay my bills,buy meds my fiance needs..her money’s gone too although she isn’t part of this…please help

Some of you followed my problem when I explained it a few months back. My daughter was hurt in an accident and made a structured settlement with the insurance company. This payment plan was to be paid off in 4 payments and that was according to her lawyer. One payment was made, we thought by the insurance company and no other payments were ever made. After a year we finally contacted the meditator in the case and he informed us that after having contacted the insurance company that my daughter lawyer had received all the money in one check. He apparently has it in his account. the lawyer has refused to give the paper work that was to be given over a year ago and refuses to give my daughter her money. The judge that was on the case says that she has signed off as in no longer interested. The meditator is trying to get the money to my daughter who was badly hurt but her lawyer that works with Dan Davis Corportation, a legal firm refuses to give the paperwork or the money.Help
