for family law- if i am on legal aid can I be rewarded legal and court costs from my childs father. in ontario?

I can’t tell you anything specific about Ontario law, but I assume that it would be similar to laws in the States… You can only collect the money you were actually charged. If your fees were waived and you paid nothing for an attorney, you cannot collect what you were not charged for.
