Has anyone had experience appealing family law custody orders in LA, especially fathers?

Unfortunately, I was asking about Los Angeles, not Louisiana. Still, some family law knowledge crosses state lines. Do you know how hard it is to get rid of Minor’s Counsel on appeal or get the court to start obeying (California) law by striking down an order changing custody at an ex-parte hearing when there’s no threat of abuse or abduction?

Louisiana? I have a custody case and child support there and can answer most questions about how it works….what’s the question? (I’m not a father…but my son has one who had to deal with all these court issues with me)

That I can not answer….maybe ask again in the law section and someone will know there. Good luck. KissThis,Yahoo!
