You can also go to your local library and use their Law Books. Filing a motion will cost you a standard fee, but no where near what a lawyer will charge. Remember to be as accurate as possible with your wording, but also understand the Court will be lenient due to the fact you are a layman. Do not let the paperwork overwhelm you, once you get into it, you will find it isn't as difficult as it may seem. You can also call legal aid for pointers or at least a hint as to where to begin.
