It’s black and white, either you were violent, or you weren’t. There is no gray area like “well, I kinda hit her, well I slapped her once, that doesn’t count.” Either you did, or didn’t. So yes, in that aspect it’s fare.

The courts dont go on any accusation just because youre in front of them. They eithr have the police and/or witness reports. plaintiffs complaint and/or have any of theabove in their courtroom. If he has none of these,then one walks out of his court free and clear of charges. Our legal system with its courts and Judges may not always seem fair and impartial to everyone especially if youre found guilty of a charge, but until someone comes along with something better, fair or not, its al we go for now. The courts can only act on the evidence presented to it and nothing else. No evidence, no witnesses,= no crime, no charge, no conviction,no record. Cant get any fairer that that

I would hope the courts would not find someone guilty of domestic violence without sufficient proof. I guess my answer would be yes, I would believe the courts.
