		<description>in my experience ,things of this type are not legislated. it must be spelled out on paper ,who goes where when.otherwise it is subject to interpretation.an agreement between the two parties. lots of room to hem and haw if not written down .if you have a good arrangement otherwise it might be best not to rock the boat ,there is always the chance you could do worse. if however you got an overall bad deal ,you might want to take your chances and go back to court.(always better to settle if you can) get a good attorney courts won't respect you no matter how reasonable without one.</description>
