		<description>I believe your ex husband is correct, you need to discuss it with him and if he doesn't agree then you have to go through the courts. It sounds like his being stubborn but think about how he feels, he might think your trying to run off with her. I think you should have a heart to heart conversation with him as adults and set his mind at rest, but remember if he allows you to take your daughter interstate then you must allow same trust when he wishes to do so as well.
