You do have to prove beyond the shasow of a doubt that he is the father. Use Identigene. The will take a DNA sample and prove he is or is nOT the father. This will hold up in court. (or go on welfare) I would suggest you do it on your own. Then you have to go to court and get a court order to garnish wages if he does not pay voluntarily. This is easy to do when a child is involved. If you have collected any type of welfare the court will attach his bank account if they know where it is. You have to prove who thew father is.
