		<description>I agree, the have good answers. You do have to prove beyond the shasow of a doubt that he is the father. Use Identigene. The will take a DNA sample and prove he is or is nOT the father. This will hold up in court. Then go to DES and submitt a request for maintenance. I found most of my information at the site below if you are interested.</description>

		<description>Prove the  father is the child,s biological, other wise you will have to  work support yourself and child.Also you will get child allowance (family allowance)which is around  I think $100.00 a month. (or go on welfare) I would  suggest you do it on your own.</description>

		<description>You have to prove who thew father is. Then you have to go to court and get a court order to garnish wages if he does not pay voluntarily. This is easy to do when a child is involved. If you have collected any type of welfare the court will attach his bank account if they know where it is.</description>
