I found mine that way, and got lucky because the company I called uses Skype, so the call didn't cost me a thing! But what they normally do is gather some basic information from you, like your contact info, and then forward it to the correct dept. and then someone calls you. But anyway, my advice is look in the phone book, or go to a university that has a law school. Sometimes they will take on a case or 2 depending on what area they are practicing, and maybe go to bat for you.
