I am going through property settlement, I go to trial next year, my question is. My ex has made me an offer on Thursday last week( via his and my lawyers), my lawyer phoned me and told me of the offer, I advised him that I accept the offer, my lawyer is accepting the offer on my behalf, now my ex has informed other family members that he is going to withdraw his offer!!! Can he do this?? Please help, I dont know what to do.

Yes he can, right up until the paperwork is signed by the magistrate/judge. What are you worried about he wont do it.
