family law - abortion Australia?

i did abortion in qld saying that it needs yo bre reformed as it is unclear, different in each state of Australia and that it should be a woman’s choice not the states etc
But apparently i did too much the criminal code.. said my teacher and no she keeps saying put in family law put in family law and how it affects the family etc…
does abortion come under family law or did i just make a huge mistake???
