I’ve been paying child support on my son since 2004. I have never claimed that I pay that support on my taxes. I do not have his social security number or his birth certificate. Is there a way I can do this without his information? I do not have contact with him or his father.

On one hand they are happy to praise men for going to war willing to die for there country and then in the same breath dont feel they are good enough to be fathers to children.

Making them fight tooth and nail in the family court just to get contact with there children and having to prove them selves.

I wonder do these mothers who try to stop the fathers having contact with the children recognise Anzacs on Anzac day. A large number of then were fathers, do these mothers and the government (family law court) believe that they were only good enough to die for us, yet not good enough to be fathers to there children.

I’ve been married for 10 years. 8 years ago my sister and brother-in-law visited our house and made comments that were obnoxious, such as “Why did you want to move to this town”, “Wow, your lawn is so big you could put a boat back here.” Ever since, my wife has refused to see my sister+ brother-in-law. I told my sister she can be obnoxious at times, and my sister hasn’t made a big effort to repair the damage. And my wife has made zero effort to let it go and move on. She has some avoidant personality traits, and is completely estranged from her sister and parents because she doesn’t like the way they have treated her. My wife completely avoids contact with anyone she does not like. She won’t drive through the town where my sister or her family live, for fear of running into them. Now my parents are having a big 50th wedding anniversary party, and my wife refuses to go since my sister+brother-in-law will be there. How do I encourage my wife to be strong and attend this event?

I read that visitation for the father of a child under the age of 3 is that no over night stays due to the child having to be with the mother, just a couple visitations a week that last a couple of hours. The baby is 4 months old and the father has had no contact with the child and now wants contact visitation with over night stays.
