Do I have to have his signature if the court ordered him to be clean from drugs, he has not done what court ordered, does the court then give me the full rights to make all decisions for my daughters? The court has a paper signed by him admitting to being the father of both my daughters but out of all that ordeal that was all that was done

I use to be really heavy into drugs and have now turned my life around. I am very intrested in law expectally family law and what to know if having a felony charge on forgery and 2nd degree id theft would not allow me to persue my dream…

I have a pre-existing case with my daughter mom. 6 years ago she was arrested for Prescription forgery, but the courts decide that my daughter should live with her. 6 months ago her moms life fell apart and she attempted suicide. My daughter now lives with me full time, and I am now having to go back to court because I have proof her mom is using Meth. In our previous order the judge imposed random drug screening which she passed for about 5 yrs. Do I have a right when I go back to court to have her tested still. I don’t want her to have the chance to clean her self up and lie. She needs help, and it is affecting my daughter(age 15) who is the one who found the drugs. Her momdoesn’tt know that she found them either. Please help

My husband’s mom and sisters are constantly having huge dillemmas and emergencies(tragedies) that are really nothing. They call and he jumps over to their rescue. It is hurting our relationship. He even told me when he was mad at them that when they see something like that is disturbing me they do it more. I’ve always got along with themjust not really hung out because we have different interests. We’ve been married 5 years but only lived in same town as family for 2. I’m not possesive or controlling, but now it is starting to bother me especially cause some of them use drugs and I don’t want him to start.
