Sarah M asked: So I want to go to college and be like a family attorney but when I look at the categories, which one do I want to pick? Civil law etc.? When I say college I mean the basic colleges. Just FYI.
I didn’t mean I wanted to go into civil law.. I want to be a family attorney. But thank you

Maka-le a asked: My son is fighting to get his daughter. She was born on 1-6-10. He is in California and she was born in Virginia. The mother is trying to give her up for adoption but cannot do so because my son will not relinquish his rights and she is saying that she will not allow him to have her. I will go into more detail if there is any legal assistance out there to help us.

ThrillHouse asked: I am going to apply at a law firm for a training manager position. My uncle works as an attorney in the same metro area. Should I drop his name on my cover letter? I haven’t talked to him in 3-4 years but I am in contact with his son, daughter, and wife.
Help me out here!

liz asked:
I have a case that I’ve forwarded to the Illinois Governor’s office, who has in turn requested HFS to look into. This case is unbelievable. I have been trying to get child support since 2005. I’m making my case public all over the place and I’m looking for a good seasoned attorney who would take a look at it, Pro Bono. It may gain a lot of attention.
