Proud Mommy asked: A couple years ago I was in a bad custody fight for my son. My ex had family members that work for the judge so of course I lost custody of him. He was almost 2 years old and had never been away from me for one night. It was a horrible thing to go through and still is. I get my son every other weekend and it is still so hard for me to let him go back but I have no other choice. He cries and begs to stay with me. No lawyer would even talk to me to try to help me when I told them my situation. I have now been able to save up alot of money get a good attorney because I know I’m going to need one. Does anybody know of any good family law attorneys anywhere in Oklahoma?

My ex has hired a very well known and expensive attorney and I need to match her attorney in terms of skill level. Does anyone have any suggestions on HOW to find one? I have asked lawyers and they just send me to their friends. Lawyer referal services haven’t worked for me either and friends don’t have any good suggestions.
Any thoughts on how I can find one of the best family law attorneys in Los Angeles?

Hi once again, it’s not forms I need, it’s an ATTORNEY who will work a family law case pro bono. I have been looking for one for two years. I have gone as far as I can on my own and I need representation. I am looking everywhere. This area however has a severe LACK of family law attorneys, much less any that will even talk to someone who doesn’t have at least $4,000 to pull out of their arse.
I’m a real person with a real need here.
Question has been extended in the hopes of more relevant answers.
