My daughters fathers is trying to avoid paying child support, which he has been ordered to do, but has not paid. I guess he wants more time awarded to him to pay less child support. Has never been there for daughter and now want 50/50.

My child’s father made a motion to drop restraining orders to allow visitation with
our daughter. When I agreed and appeared with him in court the answer came back-see above-and denied anything until after therapuetic supervised visitation. Does the judge think I’m not credible?

Hi my step sons father has moved to another country and is pressing through the Australian family law court for the 10yr old son to visit him, the child has been to reportable counseling sessions for the court and has stated constantly that he does not wish to travel overseas , but would just see his father when he returns to Australia .
The court has been given this info and has still made orders forcing the child to travel overseas unwillingly …can the court force a child to travel like this against his will ? What rights does the child have ??
The courts ruling has made the child very upset to the point he cry’s every day and refuses to speak to his father ( for this reason I have organized counselling for the child ) I need any advice that could help the child …thankyou

I have a court order for visitation of my daughter - I pay (always have) my child support with no arrearages, but the mother will NOT abide by the court order. I have not visited once in five years with my daughter, she will not let me talk to her, send me photos, school reports, etc.
No opinions please. I know I need to go back to court — I am just curious as to the penalties she faces for not abiding for the order. Thank you.
