I have a brother in prison in California and a uncle who is a correction officer in California and I guess theirs a law against him seeing any immediate family of Inmates but their not in the same prison so I dont understand Why I cant see my own uncle so is there a law against him seeing me

My daughters fathers is trying to avoid paying child support, which he has been ordered to do, but has not paid. I guess he wants more time awarded to him to pay less child support. Has never been there for daughter and now want 50/50.

I got married 3 months ago and a week after our honeymoon my brother in law’s family came to visit him during the summer. So he decided to stay at our house without even asking. They ended up staying for a month and a half. His wife and kids made a mess of our home and for this reason I dont want them to return for the holidays. He has his own place which he shares with a roomate but prefers to bring his family to our home. His family will be coming back for the holidays and he’s been telling other family members that he will be staying at our house when he hasn’t even asked me or my husband if it’s okay. I dont want this to become a big family issue and I do feel bad not wanting them to stay but I feel it’s not right what he’s doing. I guess he just assumes it’s okay since we have 2 spare rooms. My husband agrees with me for not wanting them to stay. How can we resolve this issue without hurting anybody’s feeling?
