buddy1 asked:
I live in CA and I’m filing for divorce, I’m also doing it myself by filling all the forms. So my question is If I file form FL-820 “Request for Judgement, Judgement of Dissolusion of Marriage and Notice of Entry of Judgement” which is the request for immediate judgement of dissolusion, will the judge grant the divorce to be effective when I file this form to the court or do I have to wait until it’s final. Help!!!
