The Family Law Judge in Mason Co. W.V. issue’s court orders without both parties being present and without having a hearing on the issue. Is this legal? is she allowed to do this? Can you sue the state and win? Can you sue a Family Law Judge? Attorney’s say they won’t take a case against the state or Child Protective Services because they say “you don’t bite the hands that FEED you” If you can’t get an attorney to do this can you be your own attorney? and how would you do this? Please some one help me find the answers that I need, The Judicial system in my State and county is so corrupt, you can’t trust them, they don’t do what they are supposed to do and there is nothing you can do, no one will try to make them stick to their own guidelines, is there any answers? I hope someone can help me, because my grandchildren have been KIDKNAPPED by the State, With no reason. Thank you
