xxkittenluvxx143 asked: Long story sum up…
Bought a 1997 Ford Probe 2 years and 2 months ago. Gave me problems from day one. Things were supposed to be fixed and never were. I get a lawyer. I gave him some original documents. Used car sales man is now telling me I only paid 23 payments when I am sending out my 26th and final payment this month. Lawyer has a few of my written receipts given to me when I paid cash. Turns out Lawyer and an employee of the place I got my car know eachother. Now the lawyer hasn’t done anything to help me and has yet to answer my calls about trying to get my paperwork back.
AND Now when I try to contact the owner of the business the guy I originally worked with is saying he no longer works for the company and that the owner moved to FL. The ex salesman is telling me he will contact the owner then tells me he cant give me the owners number because he doesn’t have it.
I need serious legal advice/information here. I have already contacted the BBB and nothing was ever said.
I have been getting the run around for forever. Now I feel like I am getting screwed worse then I was. There is MUCH MUCH more to this story but not enough room to type it all. I could have gone for lemon law if the lawyer didnt screw me over too. What can I do to get my paperwork back and to make this whole mess go away.
PLEASE HELP ME!!!

INVENTOR asked: My parents own a property in Hyderabad. But someone else is giving trouble and the case is in the court. The others are trying to claim our property by false documents. But they can even manage the judge. so, my parents are afraid to go to the court because the judge most of them are corrupt can give a wrong judgment or judgment in their favor even if we prove that my parents own it with legal documents.
they have a good lawyer but nothing is really happening. everything depends on the judge.

clairem asked: well, my husband beat me up all the time and because I m foreign and all my family lives far from me, I have no place to go and cant support my daughter and me. I am fulltime student. Last night I had all I could take. He punched me in the face and busted my lip, my nose was bleeding and he said he would slice my throat. I called the cops and he is in jail right now. I got a protection order, but what am I gonna do?.. I mean, I cant pay rent, lawyer, and cant even run away because he cutted my daughter’s passport. I need his signature for a new one, even if he sing it(which he probably wont) it would take almost a month to get a new passport for her. Does anyone know about any kind of resource to help me. I am as broke as I can be and alone. I have absolutely no one to count on. My mom is trying to borrow money back home to send me but it isnt for sure. *** I AM NOT ASKING FOR MONEY, I AM ASKING IF THERE IS ANY KIND OF PUBLIC HELP LIKE A LAWYER FOR FREE, MEALS, ETC. I want to go home.
Also, if anyone know anything about law. What are the odds that the judge will refuse custody of my daughter to me? she was born in the usa.

Jackie asked: I am in a custody battle with my daughter, i was just trying to find some information on the web concerning filing motions. not how to file a motion but how to stop the opposing side from completely burying me in them. the judge overseeing the case has asked her to stop, but she maintains a high level of motions filed almost weekly. anyone have any thoughts as to how to slow her down.
i have a lawyer but because of the high volume of motions, im trying to do some of the leg work myself.
thank you for your time.

Is it good for a law firm specializing in family and child law to advertise in sites like multiply or facebook? or will that lessen credibility? would you hire a lawyer from there?

lparker_2005 asked:
First of all I live in Kentucky. My boyfriend just found out that he is the father of a two year old child, which he knew nothing about until almost two months ago.
The child’s grandmother has temporary custody of the kid because the mother was arrested for drugs. They are also wanting to collect back child support and also money for the hospital bills and doctor bills. This I don’t think is fair because he knew nothing of this.
My boyfriend is wanting to sign over his rights to the child to the grandmother if she wants custody. Otherwise he wants to try and get full custody of the child.
My question is would he be able to sign over his rights in this sort of situation? If not should he be able to get full custody of the child? We already have a child together and he is a good father. And should he be responsible for the back support and medical bills? I know you will tell me to call a lawyer which I am already trying to do. It is just hard to get them on the phone. Please help!
