Vanessa asked: my friend( a mid aged lady) married with a kiwi old man in 2008. and the kiwi has family trust before they married. but the kiwi has a concubine outside since they married, and the kiwi always transfer the money to the concubine. thus, my friend wish to divorce with the kiwi now. but they only live together for almost 1.5 years. my friend has a child who is 22 studying at university. and the lady is not nz resident.
thus, when they both divorced, whether my friend be eligible for the division of the property from the kiwi’s family trust? or if she is not, what can she have when divorced?
it is really unfair to pay the concubine outside rather the legal wife. if my friend goes to the court to appeal, will she be successed? or the nz law only protects the nz residents?
very urgent, needs professional answers now. or hope you folks can recommendsome good lawyers in auckland for me. thanks guys

K asked: I have a discovery session at the end of this month. My x-wife (she is receiving support) hid few bank accounts, withdrawed money from them, transfered to some friends, hid the jewellery (I submitted pictures of her wearing jewelery but she says its a fake rented jewelery). If in discovery she keep lying and searches are done after discovery and she is found of lying under oath than what could be the outcome of going to trial?

pan_n_pandora asked:
My ex girlfriend left to pursue a drug habbit, leaving me with twin boys that were mine( i sighned the birth certificate). Her mother some how forced me to take a paternity test and they never tested the mother. The judge took them and i have not seen my sons in a few years as i was told that i have no longer any rights to see them.. I love them, raised them and want them in my life regardless. Though the paternity test can be questioned because the mother never was tested. PLEASE HELP… no attorny will take the case because of my lack of money.
the mother of the childern has no contact with the boys,( this is her own choice) they are now turning 8 and were taken at age 3. The judge still resides on the bench and I have made several attempts for visitation. I am told that you cannot appeal a family court decision.
What is a legal age that I can approach them to say hello to them?
