wardrop3541 asked: Some of you followed my problem when I explained it a few months back. My daughter was hurt in an accident and made a structured settlement with the insurance company. This payment plan was to be paid off in 4 payments and that was according to her lawyer. One payment was made, we thought by the insurance company and no other payments were ever made. After a year we finally contacted the meditator in the case and he informed us that after having contacted the insurance company that my daughter lawyer had received all the money in one check. He apparently has it in his account. the lawyer has refused to give the paper work that was to be given over a year ago and refuses to give my daughter her money. The judge that was on the case says that she has signed off as in no longer interested. The meditator is trying to get the money to my daughter who was badly hurt but her lawyer that works with Dan Davis Corportation, a legal firm refuses to give the paperwork or the money.Help

I already had my divorce hearing, and the judge signed off on everything, but i forgot to ask if they were mailing me the paperwork. Are they going to mail a divorce certificate? And if so, about how many weeks will it take?
