I am who I am… deal with it! asked:


I moved to a different county than the original county I had to file for “Family Law Issues”. If I need to file a motion against my sons father, can I file in the county I am in now or do I always need to file in the original county?
I moved to a county that is 1 1/2 hours from the original county…. long drive with traffic in this area!
