Sayf asked: To process a divorce where one of the persons is MIA. The woman left and a guy needs to file the papers and put the adds in the paper saying he searched for her. The woman has no interest in answering the adds. How much would a family attorney charge?

taurusphere asked: Is it one kid per family, or one kid per woman? If a woman is widowed and remarries, is her new spouse (assuming he is childless) entitled to have a child of his own with her?
What if a couple has twins or triplets? Can they keep them all? What happens?

Dr Law asked:
I dont see anything wrong with it - a woman ought not to deprive her spouse and vice versa- a constant use of the ” headache excuse” perhaps may have warranted the government to enact the “sleep with your husband every foourth night”
True patriot : If it works for them , who are you to critisize?

Alex H asked:
It appears that in the majority overwhelmingly (91%) of the time that custody of a child reverts to a woman, whereas the man is deemed to be the payor and has virtually no rights for access save for every two weeks on a weekend and if you live in another city forget about it.Clearly Fathers are not having equal justice vefore the law.

Nedra E asked:
Some woman posted a traumatic story of having to give up 2 dogs as they owned 6 and she stated state law only allowed a family to own 4. I don’t know of any place where this is STATE law as she said, but I did find there is such a law in Haverstraw, NY. Are there other places with such a law?

Alison asked: Long story short…
My sister had a child MANY years ago (still a minor child) but the childs father refused to tell them that the child even exists (even after DNA confirmation) so we located a family member and told…IT hit the fan.
He threatened her and now she’s afraid there might be a law that protects his ‘right’ to not tell…
I doubt there is such a law because I think the child has the right to know it’s family and vice versa!
