Texas Family Law about Child Abandonment?
pink civic asked:
Can anyone tell me where I can find out more information about the Texas Family Laws about Child Abandonment? Specifically the length of time that is considered abandonment and how to get the father’s rights signed over? He has had no contact with her for 6 years and has made no child support payments in 5 years. I cannot currently afford a lawyer.
