Under FAMILY LAW separation rules FL 110, Spouse cant move joint beloings to another area with written consent?

First speak to the realtor handling your home and explain the facts to this person.
They need your signature to sell if you are on the deed and mortgage.
You really need a lawyer punchbuggy

your problem- is going to escalate to court, your going to ‘have’ to get a lawyer,
you could
-YOUTUBE tons of videos, on that law, and re:possessions/personal property/ and try to take the case-GOOD LUCK.
-you could go to a law school and sweet talk a couple of guys on info, i doubt they’ll take the case(unsure if they can)
-put a car wash together to raise money-as they are waiting, they can have a bake sale sign in front of them-table at walking distance-is to hard, use a hanging basket-like they do at stadiums-more friends helps this one, prep for it. everyone has car wash stuff, let them know there working for free-or cookies
-talk to your ex’s housing company(whoever is putting house on THE LIST’) bring to there attention that you have not signed on that dotted line, -which he probably forged…walk, and talk like you know your sh!t, take them to court… UNknownGvirgo25
