To become a lawyer in the US you have to go to graduate school, here is the steps you must take to be a lawyer: 1. Earn a bachelors degree in any major you like after high school (4 years full time). 2. Take the LSAT between your junior and senior years of college. 3. Apply to law schools in the fall of your senior year of college with your LSAT score and college GPA to date (note that law school admissions are largely determined based on your college GPA and LSAT score, they will not consider what you did in high school) 4. Go through law school, which is a 3 year program full time. 5. Take the bar exam in the state you wish to practice the July after you graduate from law school.
