well i call them my in-laws and introduce them as such. they are family no matter how you look at it .

Just call them In-laws of the family when introducing them …any further description of your relationship can be done later when talking privately to your friends.

i’m from south and when you marry, everybody is kin and that’s that!

“and that’s her mama”

You can introduce them as, ” My sister in laws mother, Sally”. I know of no term for this.
