Is it a run-on, a dangler or a fragmentor comma splice

I’m not an English major, but I would have added a comma, and a but.

I would think it’s a run on. I would add a period after doctor.

  3. jurydoc Says:

It is a run on. I would add a semi-colon after doctor since the two phrases are independent (subject and verb) but related.

See the use of the dash? A possibility to correct your sentence.

    Or a semicolon.
