What will be your action if you found that, your sister in law had burgled you & your family badly affected?

Take her out and give her back yard Justice. wont get your savings back but will make you feel better.

I used to have a couple of sisters-in-law that would be able to do this. Thank God when I divorced my ex-husband they stopped bothering me!
Prosecute her to the fullest extent of the law. Make sure you tell the prosecutor when she comes up for trial that you don’t want him making any deals with her for a more lenient sentence.
There is such a thing as a victims compensation fund. You might qualify for some redemption out of there.
If your sister-in-law has assets, you may also think of going to civil court to redeem your losses. (Remember OJ Simpson’s ex father-in-law’s suit?)
Since she viciously and wantonly tried to ruin you, return the favour. And if her family starts howling at the injustice, just tell them that it’s also against the law to harbour a wrongdoer. It’s called “accessory after the fact”, when they have aided her by not turning her in themselves.

I would make sure she was punished for what she did. That is sad a family member has to do that to others in their family.

First of all, make a police report. A crime has been committed. If the police finds her, she’ll be convicted. If you don’t make the report, she gets off scot-free.
Try and get your family to sit down and have a talk together. Work out some arrangement, even if temporarily, to keep the family together.
You may be able to get help on the dole. If you can, do so.
If there is a kind relative or friend, tell them your story and ask for help. Whatever help they give you, make it a point to return it once things are okay again.
Otherwise, find a charity that helps needy families or destitute persons. Explain the whole picture to them and ask them to help you. At least to tide you over for the short term. You may have to show them proof of lack of funds. Stick to the arrangement you have with them.
Keep at your job or get one if you’re unemployed.
