Would he play up if the kids did not stay over? Its ok for you to want them to have contact….but just how much is it stressing them?…why is it they dont want to stay with him?
Dont know how old tyour kids are but they are either old enough to discuss it with you…or young enough for you to make the choice of what they do.
If you prevent him from seeing them he may go for a contact order through the courts….the judge will either allow him contact at an agreed level. Or if he thinks its more approriate then he may sugest a contact centre
You have to make the choice of what is best now and then see if it will need justice to intervene

Contact a Solicitor to see if you can either have a defined contact order put in place or to see if you can have contact completely stopped. It will be hard to have contact completely stopped but it can be reduced greatly. If you are unable to get Legal Aid some firms do offer a special rate for people who just fall out of the barrier for legal aid and they also do pay monthly plans to ease the strain financially.

If hes getting legal aid and you have to pay, if it has to go to court let him take it there. If the children do not want to stay they dont have to,but it would be kind of good now and then otherwise how are you going to get nights out. Just use it to your own advantage thats what most men do? time to play them at their own games. I do not beleave two wrongs make a right but I do beleave men get away with two many things.
