A person almost died in an immigration prison who wasn’t even supposed to be there, denied medical treatment, then after a ruling to transport to a hospital and immigration court, was hidden.

    I have good news and bad news.

    The good news is, you just need a civil rights lawyer, because the fact that the Defendant is the government’s Immigration system is irrelevant.

    The bad news is, I don’t know any in Texas. Good luck with that, though.
