I have good news and bad news.
The good news is, you just need a civil rights lawyer, because the fact that the Defendant is the government’s Immigration system is irrelevant.
The bad news is, I don’t know any in Texas. Good luck with that, though.

I am assuming you are dealing with a Hispanic issue… if so, this group may be of help-
